INCLUSION

Our Traditions and Celebrations

The need to be accepted, to belong, to be included is critical to our overall wellbeing and happiness.

By participating in the stories we tell, the songs we share and the dance steps we move to that have been passed on through the generations, that have both marked our time and continue to evolve, students will experience how oral cultural traditions and celebrations contribute to our sense of self, to making and sustaining relationships, to building community, and to our collective wellbeing.
